Proper LTE Installations

The LTE training program was created to teach an understanding of the loading and forces generated by adding LTE antennas, radios, etc. (overloading) to existing mounts, and will leave the audience with a basic understanding of what is installed on towers today, how they are rated, how they are abused, the structures, engineering, and what happens when conventional methods are used to add additional support. It will leave the audience with a basic knowledge of what is needed to support LTE installations on existing mounts. This is knowledge that tower technicians typically may not need to know, but with the way our industry has forced installers to purchase and manage the site, if they do not have an understanding of this methodology, they are putting themselves and others at mortal risk.
